Llugols, a cluster of isolated ruins in the Eastern Pyrenees, is being restored for the past 18 years. Abandoned over 300 years ago, the 'village' is now receiving a fresh breath of life, attracting academics, tourists, travellers, hikers, horse riders, students, aswell as those who merely want a reprieve from the pace of modern life in favour of getting a taste of life at a very basic level. Accommodation is provided in the traditionally restored buildings, catering for groups, couples, families and individuals.
